"I purchased this for my rezound, I have the extended battery with cover I also purchased from this site as well. The Otterbox Defender Case does fit the extended battery case as long as you dont use the back cover that comes with the case. All you have to do is take the front cover which goes over the screen and then take the rubber backing and secure it to the front cover not putting the phone in the entire plastic casing that comes with this case. It fit for me and I am able to use this case with the extended battery and back cover that came with the battery."
